Who Owns Las Palmas

The current owner and president of Las Palmas is Miguel Angel Ramirez. He has been the president of the club ever since 2005.

Las Palmas manager is Garcia Pimienta. Garcia Pimienta started his career as Barcelona youth coach and then moved on to being the Barcelona reserve team assistant manager. In 2018 following the sacking of reserve team manager he was made the first team coach. After 3 years at the club making playoffs but failing to be promoted twice he and the club terminated his contract. In 2022 he became Las Palmas manager. In his first full season he got the club promoted back to La Liga.

Las Palmas were relegated from La Liga in 2019 and the fans of the club were very disgruntled with the team’s performance that year. As a result at the end of the season president, Miguel Angel Ramirez, spoke to the press about the season and announced that season ticket holders would not have to renew their season tickets for the following season.
